It's not your money. It's not my money. It's not tax payer money.
Only stating a fact. They could have had 3 forwards and 1 d-man but instead went with their 4 highest paid forwards. I thought it was a good move before they stopped the puck and it paid off.

Leafs could've pulled the goalie and put Reilly out to add another $5M to that total. LOL.

Great finish by the boys in blue. JC36 - some key saves late in the game.

John Tavares deserves a raise, with 4 goals to date this season.
His extra pay raise should come from cutting Marner's who has only scored once
so far for his $10 million pay cheque. Cut him loose.

Why does does someone stepping in front of Marner get two games and someone trying to behead Perreault gets a $3000 fine with no suspension???

You’d have to ask the NHL that...to me, it looks like Perreault hit was mostly chest while the Tampa player rose up to hit Marner in the head.

Leafs beat the Stanley Cup Champs..

and people still find something to cry about
Just like the Raptors before Kawhi (and Ibaka and Gasol), the Leafs still don’t have “it” as Paul Pierce so aptly said. The “it” is the fear factor an opposing team has in terms of how they match up not only talent wise but, more importantly, physically. The Leafs can win a regular season game with just 13 hits as they did against Tampa, but they will wilt (pun intended) again in the playoffs when the intensity ramps up.
