I do screen (covid questionnaire) and request proof of vaccinations. I also require rubber gloves, N95 masks and both lathered in antibacterial lotion.

Correct, that is true about EVERY vaccine and EVERY anti-infection measure. In the context of a scientific discussion it would be a relevant point but here it has become an anti-vaccine argument; the equivalent of being against condoms because they only prevent pregnancy or STIs 99% of the time.
