I'll go a step further...Good point Perry. It’s not defined well. I personally don’t see standard benefits such as EI, healthcare, etc as socialism. However, I was brought up in England.

It is not a question of what... but for whom?Its just a matter of how far you want to go with socialist policies.
Do they include health care? Dental? Free university? Universal income?
