Paul Bernardo to get second parole hearing

Paul Bernardo was convicted of committing several rapes and the three murders of underaged females in the Canadian Courts. The fact that his accomplice had a plea bargain allowing her criminal to be expunged means nothing.
Bernardo will not be given a retrial to prove your claims that he is not a murderer as the evidence against him particularly on the videos alone was enough for the murder convictions to never be over turned.

Convicted of murder is not same as killing someone

eg if I stab someone and you stab someone, only one of us actually killed the person (fatal wound) but both of us are convicted since committing a criminal act makes you liable

As for retrial Bernardo already made the claim all killings were by his wife; but by this point the Crown already made the plea so its a moot point; Karla will never get what she deserves

Both their testimony and the video evidence shows each time it was Karla who drugged victims and Karla was the one who smothered / choked them

Don't get me wrong Paul is obviously a super sick fuck who got off raping and sodomizing underage girls (so pedo as well)

But despite the probability he would have escalated to murder he did not kill a single person (yet)

I don't know anyone who knew Bernardo but I did know some people who knew Leslie.

And I have has the displeasure of reading some of the testimony of the events that happened.

Why tax payers dollars are spent keeping him alive is a mystery to me.

He should have been executed long ago. He and Karla's crimes are horrific and they are both beyond redemption.
