10 years ago Roy Green from am640 had a caller who was a guard at Kingston pen and he said that Bernardo had been having conjugal visit's and when he asked the prison they stated that they were not allowed to divulge person info .

Cop's name is Richard Wills.
He was Bernardo's cellblock mate for a while, but got transferred to BC.
Nice fellow too 😳

During his pre-trial and trial in Newmarket, Ontario, our killer cop kept grossing out courtroom observers. He frequently interrupted proceedings by passing gas and belching very loudly, and he once reached into his pants to pull out feces.

On his way to court, almost every day, he got into the habit of urinating in the police cruiser.

When he was particularly unruly, Judge Michelle Fuerst would confine him to what is known as “the rubber room,” a special area where he could see court proceedings on a small screen without disrupting them. During his trial, Wills repeatedly snarled at Fuerst and made sexist comments. He tried to humiliate one of his lawyers by using a racist expletive.

He fired five lawyers during his publicly funded case, which lasted for more than five years. He also threatened to punch out prosecutors Harold Dale and Jeff Pearson in court.

While incarcerated during his trial, Wills had a very difficult relationship with other detainees. Famous inmate and biker Frank Lenti allegedly heckled him constantly to impress other inmates. A former cop is never welcome in prison, but Wills’ repulsive behavior and the fact that he killed a woman made his detainee life even more miserable.

In fact, when Wills ended up at Kingston Penitentiary after having been found guilty, he managed to disgust the staff and the high-security inmates so much that he was transferred to another prison. Two sources said that whatever he did in his maximum-security cell block was disturbing enough to depress his cellmates Paul Bernardo and Colonel Williams.

Wills and Bernardo were neighbors in the same segregated row of the penitentiary. Russell Williams, a former colonel of CFB Trenton who was sentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years for two sex murders in 2010, was also in that section and felt it was too close for comfort.

According to Corrections Canada, Wills was transferred to a maximum-security facility in B.C. for a ‘’fresh start.’’ They probably celebrated when he left. Solitary confinement prisoners in Kingston were kept in 2.5 by 3 meters cells and could talk, but not see each other in adjoining cells, so his loud singing, ‘feces swinging’ habits and flatulence fetish must have made him highly unpopular.
Elligible for Day parole in 2024 and full parole in 2027.

A good friend worked at the same division as Wills. He said he was a weirdo and they used to tease him. When Wills would be sitting at his desk, they'd say things like "hey Rick, why the long face" and stuff like that. He didn't have many friends on the force.

I hope that guy never sees the light of day again. It's even more upsetting that Karla is out walking around free and has kids of her own.
We used to live 10 mins away from bernardos house. I remember when they were looking for him. Our parents wouldn't let us out, we weren't allowed to walk home from school anymore. It was truly a frightening time especially when they gave the wrong description of the car so people and the cops were looking for a totally different vehicle than what he was actually driving. I went to the same school as Kristen French a few years later when I started high school, which was a very weird feeling. There was a girl who managed to escape his house, I forget the story. They call her Jane doe and luckily she is still alive but im sure she has been traumatized from what could have happened to her.
That city has never been able to shake the tragedy off. I'm glad they tore the house down, but the damage is done and people don't forget. The church parking lot where she got abducted from, the school she attended, the memorial in jc park of the girls. Or whenever you pass by lake gibson where her body was found in concrete blocks, your mind takes you back automatically. You just never forget. So,I cannot even begin to imagine the trauma of the parents and having to relive that hell every time his parole comes up. Just terrible.

He's safer inside then he'll ever be outside in public. Too many people know his face and plastic surgery only goes so far.

I donno, If Karla Homolka ever wanted to have sex with me, she would be very disappointed.
Don't get me wrong, I'd do her... but she will be disappointed, I am neither very good nor attractive.

Meanwhile elsewhere....
Unfucking real, that some of the parents that expressed concern were the ones told they aren't welcome back..lol. "Yes, we know we're letting a serial killer interact with your children, but expressing this is frowned upon and we would like for you to leave"...lol.

I question any person or institution that would tolerate karla around any children. if I was a parent I would pull my kids out of that school.

karla has kids and they need to be educated, but to allow her to supervise other children or associate with any child on the school grounds should not be happening.

The crazy part is the school basically sided with her and told parents that expressed concern they weren't welcome back. Talked about fucked up what....

I don't think having sex with Paul Bernardo, even if you are the one pitching would yield much street cred.

Also normal adults don't care about "street cred"

So don't rape Paul Bernardo. Fine I guess. I even had a no homo statement lined up. Although as I understand it isn't gay if you beat the guy up after but one could never be too sure on these things.

Move on! Are shitting me. Tell that to the victims family.
They are the ones who have to relive this everytime this piece of shit applies for parole by reading victim impact statements.
This fuckhead toilet scum shouldn't even be allowed to apply for parole.
You, and a few others, seemed to miss my point and included me in your rant against Bernardo, as if I was his defender, or something. They'll never grant him parole because he's notorious (and because of the victim impact, families, etc.) I didn't include all that but you could have given me the benefit of the doubt on it, no? The "moving on" is about the worry he might get parole (benefit of the doubt, again, come on). In any case, he's a POS who will always be denied because he did an incredibly notorious crime (I probably didn't say enough again and ... whatever).

Let's be clear on this
He raped a bunch of women

His wife was the one who killed them

I know logic gets clouded by emotion but really Paul is a pedo and a rapist
He is NOT a murderer

Paul Bernardo was convicted of committing several rapes and the three murders of underaged females in the Canadian Courts. The fact that his accomplice had a plea bargain allowing her criminal to be expunged means nothing.
Bernardo will not be given a retrial to prove your claims that he is not a murderer as the evidence against him particularly on the videos alone was enough for the murder convictions to never be over turned.
