It's an idiosyncrasy in pronunciation of Celtic based on English in America versus regions of the Old World.

Boston Celtics has a soft "C" while we speak of Celtic music with a hard "C".

English is interesting.
Ahh. Yes, pronunciation in English does seem more wildly out of whack that most languages due to historical accident.

:p I know its teasing and I am fine with it
Let me say this I hate the bloody language and all its rules

French is sooo much easier imo
Try Latin. I took it for a few years in high school, and by far it sticks to its' rules much more faithfully than any other language I know. Much fewer exceptions to the rules than French.

Red House over yonder.
Is there an upcharge to be "royally screwed" if I bring my own king's hat? I miss services like this since the border has been closed. I can wear a mask if necessary. Do you have video capability?

Directly above the center of the earth
What is the proper use of the word "who?"
What is the proper use of the word "whom?"

Not for an anglophone.
All the accents add complexity.
The conjugation of verb tenses seem endless.
And, most of all, the notion of objects being either masculine or feminine is really hard for a non-Francophone to grasp.
