As the Dems appear to be against it the $15 was doomed as I predicted at the outset. The stimulus is The Dems shooting themselves by negotiating their own promise down. Sanders only tried hard to help people. I rate it as excellent.

My gut tells me Biden was happy to not raise it all at once during a tough time for businesses during a pandemic. I believe he prefers a gradual increase to eventually reach $15 an hour. This allowed the Dems to look good to the base but having a few mavericks that nixed it. It's politics.

Why would he give a defense to Cuomo?
