Just like they refused to cover his handling of the covid outbreak, even though his policy that killed thousands of seniors was a well known fact back in spring and widely reported by Fox and other "right wing media".
It was reported a whole bunch at the time. Are you saying only Fox reporters were asking those questions, because I remember it coming up constantly in the news conferences.
People were even asking him if he fudged the numbers for a month or more after he reversed course in May.
Now, was Fox constantly reporting that there was a cover up and they had investigative reporters on it? (If so, good job!)
But I distinctly remember the whole choice to force homes to take positive seniors back was controversial when it happened (which is didn't even last 2 months).
You're right that Cuomo was vastly over-praised for his handling of COVID-19. He was very good at the news conferences though, and the media love stuff that plays to the media and makes them feel important.
Cuomo will be re-elected in a landslide in 2022.
It will really depend on who the GOP manages to run against him. Their NY bench hasn't been really impressive of late.
The real question is whether or not Dems can get him out in a primary.
Cuomo doesn't have to resign, they can still impeach him (They won't).
I doubt they will, but the State Senate certainly is making noises that if the impeachment happens, they will convict.
The dynamite stuff is the cover up of the Biden's story(Sr. and Jr.) and the consensus among the MSM to protect Cuomo and his Covid crimes.
They didn't though.
You know what? I don't watch Fox News enough. Go back and show me stuff they were running about Cuomo's nursing home problems that no one else was reporting on back in March-May. (Or after if they were pursuing the cover up of the numbers.)
If anyone ever had any doubts that the MSM is bent and really an arm of the DNC, the MSM has done an excellent job in 2020 to dispel them.
That's amazingly delusional.
the media's role as the arbiter of truth and the voice that speaks to power is over. Too bad, because impartial and strong journalism is a cornerstone of democracy.
It is. And the fact so much of the news media is inane has been a real problem.

Even if he survives in office, he's damaged goods at this point. He was never very well liked and I think that spike of attention in the summer gave him the delusion that had changed for real.
