You're right you don't- no need. It is plain as day that the individuals accused of sexual crimes are to be judged based on their political leanings.
And if you watched Fox, you too would have known about shipping the infected seniors to the care homes to spread Covid back in spring. You would also have known that Michigan and New Jersey implemented the same policy. But, who cares, right? As long as it's the Democrats killing the seniors, nothing to see here.

The faux outrage by the sycophants of the now former pussy grabber in chief is really quite hilarious. They seem to have forgotten about the presumption of innocence and that there has never been a court decision. You know all of the things they require when it is their fearless leader or any other GOP member. Way too funny.
Cuomo is still extremely popular with the Dem base. And he certainly made inappropriate comments; OTOH he didn't touch any of the complainants.

If Ralph Northam was able to survive his KKK/Black Face yearbook picture, Cuomo will sail through this "investigation". He's going to be re-elected with 60% of the vote as he usually does.
No he isn't. He has a pretty good hold on power in New York because a Republican isn't going to get anywhere and he hasn't had a strong primary challenge in ages. I don't think he is particularly popular thought. Lots of people basically hate him, it's just a case of "Well, he's an asshole but at least he's our asshole."
I may be wrong about that but I'd have to see some polling convincing me otherwise.
My Dem family - admittedly in the Midwest - was virtually in tears at his plight earlier this week.
I remember when he started doing COVID press conferences that contrasted favorably with Trump's and everyone I knew was so pissed off that they kind of had to like him for a bit. People were so happy when he started fucking up so they could go back to their usual disdain for the asshole.

I'm telling you, sex scandals are a dime a dozen, people are numb to them...unless a crime has been committed and with Cuomo it doesn't look like a it has.
One - he is a giant asshole. Two - he is way more conservative than a lot of the Democratic base. Three - he used the IDC (the 8 Democrats in the State Legislature who Caucused with Republicans) as cover to dodge shit. (He is very, very good at using the absolutely ass-backward fucked up election machinery in New York State to keep himself in power). Four - he is a GIANT asshole.
Trump got cover from the Wikileaks drops of course, which helped. I don't think it is so much that people are numb to sex scandals so much as that the person's own party has to decide they want them out usually. The media also have to decide it is juicy enough to lean into. People may dislike Cuomo, but if they don't think they can actually get him out, they might not push because he is 100% the kind of bully who will come back after them in revenge.

I don't believe that. They don't care about a sex scandal if they don't think that sex scandal was a big deal. How they decide that has a lot to do with who they are, who the person is, the details of the scandal, and how OTHER people react.
But I do agree with you that there is a very good chance he can just ride this out.
You say big deal and I say crime, of course that’ll be dealt with harshly...but things like adultry, caught with a hooker, flirting, any of the stuff Cuomo is accused of and it’s no big deal.
I think generally that is true, however, I think you are underestimating the difference between Dems and the former GOP and also that when his base looks at the now former cr-baby in chief they do not see a mortal but a lawless savior. The chosen one.
