Yes tell agency but not in an accusatory tone, because that will make agency go on defensive. Just say you tested positive and had a date w miss x on this date and you're telling them as a courtesy just in case so she can get tested.

That's on the general page for how medical providers get test results from Public Health Ontario ("Qualified health care providers can receive test results in the following ways".) . It is not the COVID-specific page.
The COVID page says this: "If you cannot access test results through this site, contact the testing location, your doctor or health care provider."
The other funny thing for online testing is results are valid for "90 days"
