There's a new Lick's near Warden and Eglinton.There was a Licks just off St.George until just a couple years ago.
It help to avoid the mob in front of the Eaton Centre and up Yonge Street. And it was cool to go through a secret exit that few people knew about.But you still have to go outside to cross the street to front door of the WBB store.
The Silent Partner from 1978 starring Elliot Gould and Christopher Plummer had several scenes in the Eaton centre.The World's Biggest Bookstore , Eaton Centre, Queen's Park and a number of other areas around Toronto were immortalized in this classic 80's movie. There is a slight issue with this clip if you look closely and know the neighborhood around the bookstore.
