Just a fact check for the alt-left here. She likes to play up her blackness to rope in dumb voters who vote based on race. She likes to pretend she has things in common with the poor black families that grew up in the projects. Her parents both have PhD's. She has not been good for black people though. She has made her entire career out of putting young black men in jail.

Just a fact check for the radical right racist trump lovers. trump likes to pretend that he's a successful self-made businessman. He got his money from his dad and has spent his career reneging on deals and stiffing suppliers, workers and partners, while going bankrupt multiple times.

The situation is reminiscent of "The Emperor's New Clothes." The libtards insist she's black when they can see she's actually Indian. She did give blowjobs to that black mayor she used to work for, though. She has never run a business in her life.

As opposed to someone who went bankrupt running casinos and is being sued by his own family for fraud?

Like Obama, Kamala Harris also has her roots from mixed ethnic origins. Her Father is a Jamaican and her Mother is East Indian. Yet the racists are the only ones who take issue to this fact.
No wonder they even started this Conspiracy Theory whether she is a legal citizen. As usual more BS in order to desperately try to taint her reputation in the coming days!!

You're jumping the rails again Eddy.

The thread is about Harris not your obsession

Why don't you start your own thread about Trumps failed business acumen . Oh wait it's been done ad nauseum on here.

Back to the subject of the thread as I will abide by board educate. Kamala Harris panders to identity politics about as well as any politician out there.

She's just a shallow shape shifter when you think of it. I got a big kick out of it last night when she said they were going to legalize marijuana. First of all I don't remember her good friend Joe ever saying that. Secondly she's the one who jailed thousands in her home state for marijuana offences. Hypocrite! Tulsi buried her on that in the DNC debates.

One thing about her though is that she won't be lectured to,lol............It was funny watching her trying to invoke the '' mansplaining' woke theory. Of course the leftists went with it on twitter and social media today......More pandering.

Personally I don't care whether she's more Indian or Jamaican. I do care about her becoming president if and when Biden steps aside. From what I've seen of her in the past and last night that's a case for concern. Of course the leftists support the ''anybody but'' dogma so all this will be over looked or deflected to Trump. Which is what the nature of the post I copied to begin with was all about.

Man, there's a lot of mixed people that would love to stomp you out for this type of comment.

Well, as it turns out, she's not from where you're from, unless you grew up in an East Indian household. Daddy bailed at 7 years old.

I wish trumps daddy bailed on him when he was 7 years old. Then we would see how this self made man would do in life. Perhaps even go all the way to becoming a tremendous carnival barker.

Odd that you should make that reference and intend it as a slight. Here's an article you might like that compares Trump's marketing acumen to that of PT Barnum: https://www.investors.com/news/mana...d at age 80,$400,000, worth $10 million today.

While a multi-millionaire, rather than a billionaire, in todays dollars, PT Barnum is considered to have been very successful.

Maybe Trump would have succeeded in anything he did?

Read that again. I don't think it's quite the pithy retort that you were hoping for.

And sure, her dad bailed but both of her parents were civil rights activists and HARRIS has ALWAYS identified with the Black community. Out of a wealth of choices, she attended the HBCU Howard University (that means Historic Black College since you probably don't know) and pledged the legacy Black sorority Alpha Kappa Alpha; where she remains a prominent spokesperson.

Here's some of her sisters organizing get out the vote efforts. I love when ignorant people try to comment on the "Black experience" in the U.S.

Daddy lived in another city. She grew up with her mother, an East Indian American. Many HBCUs have high non-black enrollment (since tuition tends to be lower).https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historically_black_colleges_and_universities (see chart, however Howard's numbers aren't listed).
Howard has about an 11% non-black enrollment. AKA is a diverse sorority, not an exclusively black sorority. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alpha_Kappa_Alpha

In other words, she is what she is - a half-black half-East Indian woman who grew up in an East Indian household in Berkley California and Montreal. She has no more experience with African American poverty or culture than Mike Pence.

Not that it matters. That's now, not in 1983 when she attended.

She grew up in a household with an East Indian mother. I grew up in a household with a half-Irish mother. Are you trying to tell me that I don't identify as "Black"? And by your comments, you seem to think that all Black people are poor.

The indisputable fact is that culturally, Kamala Harris always gravitated towards the Black experience (unless you think she chose to go to a HBCU and pledge an OVERWHELMINGLY Black sororority on a humbug).

Since university. That's not when your cultural identity is formed. Anabarandy started paraphrasing the Clash today, but that doesn't make him an English punk rocker (he's more of a "office (off his?) rocker").

Cheap tuition, lower admission standards, and AKA was, no doubt, the only sorority in town. Cheap booze at the sorority house.

Since 18 at least my man. That's saying something.

And again, you must not be from the States (if not, I have no idea how you think you can comment on this topic with any authority) because it seems you are unaware that there are Black people in Berkeley and an entire community that her mother no doubt had to rely on. Here's a fact about the U.S., if you "look" Black...you're Black. Coming home to a curry dinner and an E. Indian mother (or even a "White" mother) doesn't mitigate that.

hahahahahahah. WOW! Howard ain't cheap man; it's just as hard to get into as an Ivy League school ( $44,651 USD per year). Keep shooting though.
