So much talent and they could not score in the 2nd half of the game. :(
You were saying? I would say the high end talent won this one for the Leafs.

3 goalie pulled goals. Is that a record? It would not be historic if they didn't pull it off in overtime. Epic comeback. With the same 6 no less. Rielly, Hyman, Nylander in that group when it mattered most.

Winning goal 3 great passes. Marner forces turnover in the corner. Rielly stops it with his glove lays it down flat and under pressure passes to Marner who makes a no look behind the back pass to Tavares who saucers a pass over a stick perfectly for a one timer from Matthews their best shooter. All elite plays and set up perfectly.

Werenski injured with about 9 min left in 3rd was a huge break for Leafs. If he can't play in Game 5 then ...

There is nothing more dangerous than a team behind 0-3 with only 3 minutes to go facing elimination playing desperation hockey. "Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead."

It was 3-0 late in the 3rd then I went to the bathroom to take a shit cause the Leafs were just that and then boom 3 straight goals.

I switched over to the Jays game and was playing poker totally pissed off. So with the Jays game in the background, Dan Shulman says "those of you who are also following the Leaf game, the Leafs have come back to tie it". I thought I misheard what he said. Switched back over and couldn't believe my eyes.

I dare anyone to make a prediction for game 5 and be confident with it. Nobody can possibly KNOW what is going to happen in this wacky series.

Does anybody know what time is puck drop?

You called it but Andersen didn't get pulled. A repeat of last night's game (almost carbon copy).
Actually Andersen was pulled. For Hyman who potted one of the goals.

Count your friggin' blessings! My cable reception died 10 minutes into the 3rd in the biggest comeback playoff win in Leafs' fucking history!

To the Leaf fans who witnessed history last night I applaud you and your team.

To the ones who bailed..........Take up needle point to fill your time.

This may sound like something contradictory to what I’ve been saying about playoff hockey, that you have to play great defence to win, but with the makeup of this team being substantially more talented in offence over defence, they may have a better chance of beating CBJ if they just play to their strength by pushing hard on offence and just trade chances.

Too often I’ve seen them get into trouble by playing tentatively and allow the other team to force the play on them. The worse happens when they try to sit back because they don’t have the defence that can shut down the other team and that’s how they allowed CBJ to come back from a 3 goal deficit. When they decided to go all in on offence and with a bit of luck, they were able to come back from a 3 goal deficit.

Momentum seems to dictate the outcome of the game In this series and the best way for the Leafs to grab momentum is to force issues on the other end so to minimize the pressure on their own end. If they can do that consistently through out the game, I like their chances better. That’s playing to their strength, I think.

As they say, the best defense is a good offense.

Putting Morgan Rielly with the Leaf's 5 best shooters simply over matched CBJ. OT was was pretty evenly matched until the ref(s) decided to call a penalty on CBJ.

The ref(s) probably wouldn't have called a penalty had a Columbus player (their Captain, Nick Foligno) not committed an infraction.

Agreed totally. Anyone who doesn’t think it’s a penalty is either biased or doesn’t know hockey. Foligno’s stick clearly went under Reilly’s skate blade and tripped him. It’s a penalty 99% of the time unless the refs miss it.

Dude go through the pain. No fans had it worse than Red Sox fans. Generations would come and go without championship success. But still they came out and supported their teams hard. Making Fenway a hard place for visiting teams to play. As a Yankee fan I hate the Red Sox organisation and fans with all my being but they've always had my respect. Now look at what they've accomplished in the last decade.

Your Leafs are on the verge of icing a great team. I think they just have to tinker with the chemistry a bit.
