It seems like pricing is the same for agencies but the Indy world seems like it jumped up a little up into the 400-500 PH range from perhaps the 300-400 range. Is this making up for lost business, risk premium,, because hotels are way cheaper and so is travel...any thoughts or expansion?

It wasn't even a Covid surcharge. It was a price increase in the item itself. I was so happy to be out enjoying a burger on the patio, I didn't notice until after the bill came.
I asked for an increase in pay because frankly, I am worth the extra money I actually received. Our customers are extremely satisfied and what I provide my clients is better than 99% of those doing the same thing. What is wrong with something asking for what they feel they are worth. There are many people still making a lot of money

If you use Skip The Dishes the restaurants have upped there prices there. So its more expensive to get from them . I was going to order a pizza and the pizza was $5 more than if I went to pick it up the same pizza, plus you have to pay the courier and the delivery charges too
I noticed as soon as the lock down started groceries got expensive. In the last 3/4 months, I've spent more on food than ever in the past. They know restaurants are closed/limited so they crank up prices knowing you have no choice.
I buy all my meat from an organic farm and I can tell you I dropped significantly more coin the other day than usual for exactly the same haul.
Unless you're Miss Universe, there will be better-looking girls who will get more customers so you will have to adjust your price accordingly so you can compete. Look what happened to strippers who thought they could charge $20 a dance. They all suddenly became unemployed. The Chinese girls will always undercut you, so I think I'll stick with them. I can tell you that all the covid restrictions come with the price. Most people haven't noticed, yet, but we are also having disruptions in the supply chain.

They also know which head men think with and figure higher than usual demand.
