I'm streaming my way through S2 of True Detectives, watching another blow away performance from Rachel McAdams.

Known as Canada's Sweetheart, she's a graduate of York University and got her start on Paul Gross's Slings and Arrows. Due to her talent, versatility and charm, she is currently the most in-demand actor in Hollywood.

She also lives in Toronto and is a Raptors fan. She didn't show up for last years NBA playoffs, what was she working on that she couldn't attend?

The second season of True Detective sucks monkey balls.......

But your obsession over Rachel just might put it over for you now that I think of it.

Actually no, it's not straight foward like S1 and the protagonists are facing impossible odds, but it doesn't suck. Is LA the hell hole they make it out to be in S2?

I ignored it due to Vince Vaughan, he's not funny as a comic actor. He changed my mind in Fighting with my Family , he was great in that. So I gave it a chance, Vaughan surprised me again. His character Frank Simoyan is actually Burt Lancaster.

I remember going to see “A Most Wanted Man”, one of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s last movies. Pretty good flick. Rachel MacAdam’s gorgeous little butt gave me a woodie. I saw her close-up in person at the TIFF premiere of “Spotlight”. She is very pretty.

I had a chance meeting with Rachel McAdams, in a Walmart of all places.
Very nice, polite, lovely as the day is long.

Never saw wedding crashers.

Not surprising, she doesn't drive. When she's home she prefers to ride her bike...that how she maintains that sweet butt.

She is Canada's "Sandra Bullock".
I'd consider that damning her with faint praise. RM is a much more accomplished and versatile actress than SB.

Sandra Bullock was great in Demolition Man and so virginal, she never witnessed a murder before. Both Sly Stallone and Wesley Snipes went over the top as rivals, she provided the comic relief.

Upper Canada College graduate Keanu Reeves chose not to take part in Speed 2. Without Graham Yost writing the sequel, there was no point to it. Keanu cemented his God-like status with Thumbsucker and Constantine. Not sure what Passengers was all about, Rachel lost the role to Anne Hathaway.

Insidious, you're the movie guru. Can't believe you haven't seen Wedding Crashers.
I could only watch half of Demolition Man. Not my type of movie but that's a good assessment of Sandra, Sly, and Wesley.

Keanu Reeves has incredible screen presence, looking forward to the third Bill and Ted. This is not a Rachel post.

William Sadler is returning, not sure if he's The Grim Reaper again. I thought he was Canadian, he's from Buffalo. Last I saw him he was getting his ass handed to him by Clancy Brown in The Shawshank Redemption.

With the success of Ready or Not, it was only a matter of time before Samara Weaving got to work with Keanu the God, she plays Bill's daughter.

Wedding Crashers came out in 2005, that's the year I moved out of Rexdale for good. Most of the films from the later part of 00's I watched much later. The only exception is Slumdog Millionaire, i made time for that since I was working with the sexiest Indian girl that's ever come into my life.

Happy to report Steak Queen is back in business, then the contagion hit. Their back bacon burger is an institution, when Gl'Americani come for a visit, they request to go there. What passes for Canadian bacon in the States is disgusting.

...I haven't seen any of the John Wick films either.
