That's why at this time we must be careful when comparing these numbers from different countries.
We should not use it as concrete evidence but as preliminary samples that may still need to be verified/updated once things settle downs. It may take a while depending on that countries information network.
We can look back and analyze and understand more years later.
What has caused a lot of countries (Italy, Spain, Iran, Netherlands, U.K., USA, just to name a few) to be unable to limit the spread of the Coronavirus to as low as possible in their countries was their neglect of believing what the data coming out of China was Telling them.
Although we must be careful in understanding (Different criteria) the numbers coming from different countries we should not avoid them, countries should use the facts and data that are known in regards to the Coronavirus to better understand what works in the fight against the coronavirus.
