Thank you Jessica! This is exactly my point: no matter what SP feels like or believe is moral, non-paying is not a rape from the legal perspective. I am not sure if it is a theft or a fraud, and I am not sure if it is a criminal or a civil matter. My guess, if the client had an intend not to pay even prior to booking the session, it is a criminal (fraud or theft, but definitely not sexual assault), while if he decided after the fact (e.g., he believes SP did not fulfil her end of the bargain) - it is civil matter. It may be hard to prove the intention in court, but recurrent occurrences or the absent of cash on hands is a strong evidence of intent. On the topic of not paying or short changing, I think it is more considered fraud but feels more like a sexual assault. I don't know the legality. While I would hate to see an escort go through it, I would love see a case like this come in front of judges to finally make an actual ruling on it. But based on this being a business, I lean more to legally being the fraud side.
As for the video, there is lots that are true but there is a certain "attitude" behind it I don't agree with. There is a way you can say things that get your point across better.
I know this is coming from me who will tell someone to fuck off at the drop of a dime but I'm not making informative videos.
But having said all that, if you just wrote out what she said in rules, I think everyone would agree with them. And having said all this, I will be getting my sisterhood card revoked.
And about the video: common sense points (except avoiding specific questions about services - but it may be U.S. flavor where SPs are also breaking the law), but it is presented with such bad attitude that, instead of simply providing clients valuable information, it makes clients say "f**k you with your attitude. So, maybe a message to some SPs: leave show your attitude to your boyfriend, but be sweat, nice and attentive to your clients, and regular clients will like you.
