She says that we are not mind readers . You must inform her of your needs a head of time . Yet she says not to be too explicit in your questions . She says be a good boy and go to the bank . Really that's how she feels about men . It takes time to get ready for a client yet many ladies are running a revolving door . Hold them up or be late for a few minutes and they get behind .

The ladies are running a business . That's what they ALL say . So if not paying her it's not rape . You are paying her for her time . Not sex . Don't pay your mechanic ... is that rape as well . No you both are running a business and you didn't do your part in paying .

What if the lady didn't comply with the guy's wishes which she agreed to . Is that thief , stealing or maybe even rape of the guy .

Besides with the way she looks she would have to pay me . She doesn't have enough money for that . She not even good enough to work at the Fish Plant .
An escort would not be fucking you for free, so yes, shorting her donation, not paying, running off with the money, does constitute rape.

If an escort robs you, its robbery.

If you trick someone into having sex with you by promising payment and not following through with that, I hate to break it to you buddy, but it is rape.

Why?

She did NOT agree to have sex with you for free.

She did NOT consent to "free" consensual sex with you.

She wouldn't have fucked you unless she was being paid.

Get it?

IT'S RAPE.

If you don't pay your mechanic, you don't get your car back LOL

Smarten up. Speaking as a lawyer, it probably IS sexual assault to have sex for pay and intend not to pay. If not sexual assault, it's certainly fraud. And that's a felony too.

And escorting is LEGAL in Canada. Has been for about 5 years now.

And rape is no longer defined as a crime in Canada. Hasn't been a crime for decades. The current crime is sexual assault. Assault is any touching WITHOUT CONSENT. If consent is coerced or obtained fraudulently, it is not legal consent. So if you have sex with someone under the pretense of paying her and you cheat her, you just sexually assaulted her. Or defrauded her. They're both crimes. You'll go to jail either way. So it doesn't matter.

As far as I can see, the girl in the video was pleasant and smart and was giving BASIC ADVICE about how to interact with escorts. Why this should dent your masculine pride, I really do not know. Get over it!
One of the best posts I've read of yours thus far.

My wallet gets raped every month by Justin Trudeau without consent. He steals my money and uses it on useless things. Can I possibly file a criminal complaint against Justin?

You've agreed to those terms by being a Canadian citizen :yo:

Where did you get your imaginary law degree from? Or are you a real estate lawyer?

If we apply the same logic of "having sex based on the contract that you did not want to fulfil is rape" then consider an SP who promises full hour session but never intended to give it and she asked the guy to leave after 30 minutes. Now, she had sex with the client according to the contract that she now broke (and, in fact, never intended to fulfil), so, by your definition, she raped the guy. Legally, I see no difference between "shorting on time" and "shorting on money" both are breaking a contract, both, most probably, planed before entering into a contracts. So, either both are rapes or none are.

I am amazed how many SPs have law degrees.

How do I choose not paying an escort? Isn't that
payment is settled before session begins?

If I just turn away at the door of an incall
that may pass as a robbery of the escort's
time but not rape.

It amazes me how clients think that booking a 1 hr appt means nonstop service for the entirety of the session.

It also amazes me how skewed some clients thought processes are.

You don’t need a law degree to grasp legal & moral concepts.

You need common sense, and it’s apparent how uncommon that is here.

Apparently, you'd be shocked at how many of us have ivy league educations. Does it feel good to erroneously look down on people?
Ivy league education doesn't mean shit these days . Let me know when you can fix your car when it breaks down . Plenty of well educated people out there that are as dumb as a door nob . Gee how do you change a light switch ? LOL

What makes us special?

We fuck you.

Your wife doesn’t.

Give us some respect.

Hahahaha!
That's an insult to the many women out there that are married . Millions of loving wives fuck their husbands every week . Just because you get paid to open your legs doesn't make you special . Many men love their wives but need something different once in a while . That's what you provide . Something different .

Many wives help raise their kids . Do all kinds of work around the house . Take care of their families . What do you do . Provide a few places for a guy to stick his dick in . Wow . That's really special .

Not all men run to an escort . Many men lead a happy life with their families and that includes their wife . You just see the ones that aren't happy .

Your wife doesn't fuck you any more . Maybe men should find out why that is . They should look in the mirror and see what their wife see's .

You have no idea what goes on between a husband and a wife behind the scenes . You only hear the one side . The side that puts money in your pocket . Well at least it did before .

Right now the escort market is at an end . Who's standing on the outside looking in . It sure as hell not the wife is it .

HOW SPECIAL ARE YOU NOW ?

It amazes me how many escorts think that it's not nonstop service . The guy pays for a hour doesn't he . He's not paying to sit and talk for most of the session . If you get your car repaired and the mechanic only worked on it for 15 mins are you happy that he charges you for a full hour job .

Sometimes a mechanic can fix a car in a few minutes yet the book says that he should charge for a 2 hour job . Are you happy with that ?

I guess you are happy paying for time and service that you didn't get . Besides is there an escort blue book that states no nonstop service for 1 hour or is that something escorts love to say because it suits their purpose .

Any other SPs would like to chime in? Thus far in this thread we've heard from one retired SP (Jasmina) and two that are working during covid-19 (sweetiepie - who doesn't see black clients but likes to call other people racist, and LovelyLynn who is running steep discounts and removed all screening requirements).

All three, and oagre, are very special in their own way. But are they representative?

On the topic of not paying or short changing, I think it is more considered fraud but feels more like a sexual assault. I don't know the legality. While I would hate to see an escort go through it, I would love see a case like this come in front of judges to finally make an actual ruling on it. But based on this being a business, I lean more to legally being the fraud side.

As for the video, there is lots that are true but there is a certain "attitude" behind it I don't agree with. There is a way you can say things that get your point across better.

I know this is coming from me who will tell someone to fuck off at the drop of a dime but I'm not making informative videos.

But having said all that, if you just wrote out what she said in rules, I think everyone would agree with them. And having said all this, I will be getting my sisterhood card revoked.
