Personally CMJ has lost me as a customer. I will only be going to the venues that have already done the responsible thing to do which is to close for the time being.

I understand they want the revenue stream believe me I do. I just started working as a contractor in January and never was someone who made a lot of money. I can't have EI so at the moment I have zero income coming in (I guess that will change in April once they give 900.00 every 2 weeks). I was saving extra money by paying myself less but that only covers a couple of days in March.

As for the ladies and venues that did the responsible thing....good on you. I will be choosing you guys when all of this settles down.

no....plenty of fish in the sea. CMJ wasn't the only SPA i went to so it is quite easy not to go back. So please don't try and put words in my mouth especially when it isn't true. Thank You

It is not a question about ethics, it is about safety (all kinds of) and reputation. If they are willing to compromise health to get extra $$$ now, what they will be willing to compromise during the regular times?

I agree with this but we have to equally blame the men ignoring the risks to go see them. My prediction was that eventually the rate of clients would drop so low that these girls would not have enough to operate. Clearly that's not the case! Clearly there are just enough men (perhaps just as much) seeing escorts now, and CMJ along with all the other establishments open across Canada are capitalizing on this situation! Now the girls that working, are making more money because the pool of girls available are limited! It's really hard to say, but if they are open so far into the week, it must mean they are getting a solid revenue stream!

Edit: Another thing I want to bring up is if there ever was a time to put all spas in danger it would be now. Imagine if 3-4 cases come out of one of the spas currently open? That will give everyone even more reasons to try and get all spas closed with a new bylaw. I can't tell the future but the greed CMJ is showing might put all SPAs in jeopardy after all of this is done.

What's especially disappointing about Karmella is she is a nurse in her 'civilian' life. So this is especially misguided and selfish in my opinion. Lost a lot of respect for her seeing that ad.
