As a provider , I would like to share my opinion about what I think might be the cause of what changed the industry in Ottawa ..
That will be long so I apologized for the novel.
First , let’s analyse the industry ..
We have the providers (Ma , Hybrid, Sp )
Then , the clients.
Let’s focus on clients first ..
There’s multiple types of clients.
We have :
1. The time waster : Fakebook or Nsnc
2. The serial textor: Text you 20000 times/day for 3 years , but never book.
3. The hater: Text you just to let you know how much he hates women.
4. The kid : Less than 18yo , but tries to book.
5. The drunk: Can’t talk, walk or get hard , but wants to book now.
6. The broke ass : Ask for 30min fs for 20$ or tries to deal your donation.
7. The paranoiac : Book you , but cancel last min because he’s too nervous.
8. The predator : Stalker , dangerous , violent
9. The boundary pusher: Tries to do everything you clearly stated was not allowed in session.
10. The douchebag: Try to see you for free because he’s so awesome.
11. The gross: Smells like he didn’t shower for 3 months and comes with super long nails to scratch your inside.
12. The regular: Thanks lord , we love you guys and we feel safe with you
13. The normal : Easy to book and lovely in session. You wish he becomes your regular.
Now the providers:
1. The faker : Post with stolen pics and lies about services and rates.
2. The scammer: Get your money and disappears.
3. The ghost: Book you, but never shows up.
4. The overpriced : She looks gorgeous , but you can’t afford her.
5. The Tgtbt: She’s the new Victoria’s secret top model and she’s working as an sp and offers everything for a very affordable rate. Yeah right !
6. The Ma: Work at a spa and might or might not offer what you want but she looks gorgeous so you might try.
7. The Well established : She screens , never available last min , but she’s great and look gorgeous.
8. The touring girl : She ask for deposit , she screens and she looks gorgeous.
9. The regular: She offer what you want , easy to book , gorgeous and you feel safe with her.
Now the rates :
Spas : Easy to book , no screening , plenty of girls to chose from , convenient for last min , safe and clean environment for clients , no need to filter leolist ads.
Rates : 180-200/h
Indy Ma’s: Often built their clientele in spas so have enough regulars to be financially stable.
Often screen their new clients for safety and avoiding time wasters. Often need to book in advance. Need to filter leolist to find her or read reviews.
Rates: May vary between 180-220/h
Spa Hybrids: Ma’s that offers more services. Don’t like to advertise their hybrid rates so they can choose to whom they offer extra services and don’t get in trouble in the spa.
Rates: May vary , but around 280/h
Indy Hybrids: Often ex Ma from spas. They have a stable regular clientele. Often screens new clients for safety and avoiding time wasters if they’re indy. Often need to book in advance. Need to filter leolist to find or read reviews.
Rates: Ma between 180-220 Hybrid : 280+
Sp’s: Often offer gfe++ , Often need to book in advance , Often screen for safety and to avoid time wasters. Often super clear about services and rates. Need to filter leolist and read reviews.
Rates: May vary depending of the providers and services asked for.
Touring girls : Rare unicorn that you need to book in advance because she often need a deposit and get booked super fast. Need to filter leolist and read reviews.
Rates: May vary on the cost of her expenses for her tour and the services asked for.
Ps. The reason why she’s a rare unicorn and touring girls are not visiting Ottawa so often as before is because of all the type of clients 1 to 11 ..
Now , most of the clients like to book a provider last min without screening so the spas are the easiest options for them.
Since the spas knows that they will ALWAYS have clients , they have the monopole in Ottawa. They can charge 200/h if they want and clients will still book them.
Indy providers are now screening most of the times because of clients 1 to 11 and they often are upon pre-booking as well. They got various rates so you guys need to filter leolist and read reviews in order to find what you are looking for in terms of safety , services , location and rates. So when you end up finding a provider that is gorgeous , offering what you want at a rate that is acceptable for you , you stick with her and become a regular. Might try a new one from time to time , but you go back to your regular because she’s awesome , doesn’t screen you anymore , knows what you like , makes you feel safe and welcomes you with a big smile.
Finally, I might be wrong , but I think the rates are based on the demand.
I think clients 1 to 11 and providers 1-2-3-5 completely screw the Industry in Ottawa.
Indy providers & clients needs to be cautious before booking and it makes it difficult for everybody.

P.s. It’s a generalization.. I am not saying that the rates I have listed are exact. It’s just my vision of the industry. You might have a different point of view and it is ok.
