I don’t even know where to begin. I’m halfway into my three week trip in Thailand. So far everything has gone terribly.

In Bangkok I went to a bar and two girls sat down and start ordering drinks. I never asked one of the girls to join me but she sat down and started ordering expensive drinks. After only 20 minutes my bill was 2000 baht which is $80. I took one of the girls back to the hotel and the service was not that great but at least it was not a complete scam either. Is there any way to salvage this trip? So far the sex with Thai women has been atrocious; they just want to grab your money and run. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I have been to Thailand over 6 times (usually for 2 week stints) - some trips have been great and some trips have been a mixture of bad and good. I can share your anxiety of having unprotected sex - i had a broken condom once in Thailand and it killed me until i got tested.
