Netanyahu is whining against a potential barring from being re-elected due to the multiple charges against his corruption:
....
And hopefully he gets tossed. Sadly Netanyahu's party is in the same place as the GOP as their potential replacement candidates are even scarier.

Except it's not. It is law.

Here's a recent story.
https://www.timesofisrael.com/3-jewish-israelis-indicted-for-praying-on-temple-mount/

Similarly, when Jews go to pray at the holy sites around Hebron they need police protection because a length history of mob violence trying to stop them.
Except it’s not the law. From your own link

“The three defendants — two of whom are Israel Defense Forces soldiers — are charged with disrupting public order and disturbing police officers in the fulfillment of their duties.” Nothing about praying. That rabbinate order is quite broad.

What a pud.

Look at you still refusing to post the text of any law you say is "apartheid".

And of course you don't want to discuss PA law that explicitly allows Israeli Arab citizens rights but denies them to Jews.
You can provide a link to the legislation, can’t you? Or is it fake news?

Only you would take a case where the person is being prosecuted for something and deny that there is a law against it. get over it. It is official government policy to deny Jews the right to pray at their holiest site.

But nice of you to avoid discussing PA apartheid to 'defend' the rights of Jews.

Look at you once again resorting to blanket denial instead of arguing how the Nation State Law isn't apartheid, since it gives rights only to Jews and not to Palestinians.
We've had this debate before. There is no human right to have your country state it is the homeland for your religion and saying that Israel is the Jewish homeland (a historic fact BTW) in no way diminishes the rights of the 20% of the country that aren't Jewish.

Keep digging for something that doesn't exist.

The right to self determination is given to Jews and not Palestinians or 'Israeli Arabs' according to the Basic Law.
That enshrines in law lesser rights for native Palestinians.
That is apartheid.
The same charges that the ICC is now investigating.

You keep claiming this but there is no human right to have your country defined as your religious homeland and the rights of Israeli Arabs were not affected in the slightest. You also keep ignoring that those Israeli Arabs and their ancestors self-determined that they want to be Israeli.

Just like your ridiculous link of racist laws, you can't point out a single law that accords different rights to Jewish and Arab citizens (other than the ones that give Arabs more rights).

Only you could claim that it's not illegal when people repeatedly get arrested for doing it.
Only you would link to a source that contradicts you.

ROFLMAO!!!! The rabbinical ruling re. the Temple Mount has been in place since long before the State of Israel was even established. It started as a rabbinical tradition and it's aimed squarely at the Jewish population, hence it begins with:"According to the Torah". The Muslims who actually have the control over the Temple Mount are free to desecrate the holiest place of Judaism. And they do it daily by their very presence.

The Likud Party is too far to the right. Right time to elect a more centrist party that can re-start the renegotiations once again with the Palestinians. We are now in the 21st century and a just days before the start of a new decade.

Its under Jordanian control, not Israeli.

I really don't care which gang of people with old books, funny hats or scarves thinks their invisible person in the sky gave them the deed to the property.
Just obey the treaties and don't start violence of your butthurt whining about visitation rights.

Try reading before answering. I clearly said it's under the Muslim control- as in Muslim religious authority. That that authority is located in Jordan is of no importance. As a matter of fact they should have been stripped of the authority based on how the Jordanians used to treat Jewish places of worship during their occupation of Jerusalem and the West Bank.

Wow...that’s clever. You figured out the secret code that it means exactly what it says.

But I don’t think Muslims are desecrating anything. There hasn’t been a Jewish temple there for 2000 years and the Mosques that currently function there have been in continuous use for the past 1000 years.

You sound like you are one of the Third Temple nuts.

I have to tell you that I was in the Hagia Sofia in Istanbul this summer. At one time it was a church and then it was a mosque. Now it’s a museum that embraces both. The presence of Muslims has never desecrated this one time church that is still part of the history of Christianity. In fact, I find it quite beautiful and admire the commitment of the Turkish people to highlight pluralism.

Right, more yelling that Muslims (read Palestinians) shouldn't have rights and that Jewish supremacists have rights to invade whatever place they declare holy.
So much for the 'Israel is a democracy' claims, you really think its a theocracy, right?
