Columbus won the 1st 2 games on the road last year as well before Washington came back. Tampa could do the same.

Leafs built their team like Tampa and to beat a team like Tampa. Columbus does look scary. They do have plenty talent. Regular season means nothing. They loaded up for the playoffs also.

St Louis also regular season record means nothing. They were close to last place early in the season and were one of the best teams late.

lets see if tampas coach is worth his big contract extension now. i know its the players responsibilty, but he,s going to have to come up with some type of game plan now. its not that they lost game 2, they got throttled.

I still don't understand why Marner didn't shoot when he was facing an empty net early in the game. I think he is too unselfish and pass happy.

That sucks. In game 1 he made that perfect 70 feet pass to spring Nylander. In game 2 he scored the only goal.

You don't understand why Marner passes the puck because you probably don't understand hockey. The goalie was coming back to cover Marner's shot. It wasn't an empty net by the time Marner would have shot. If the pass connected then it would have been an empty net.

You also think Marner sucks cause he's too small so that says it all. In your eyes he probably sucks more now cause he likes to pass.

The Jets, Isles, and Blue Jackets are three I really like to see for that toughness, and hard hitting.
Hope Winnipeg can tie their series now.

The Jets looked like world-beaters tonight. Finally solved Billington with 6 goals.

All the series have turned very physical - the Calgary/Colorado game last night got ridiculous but the speed and skill level is so high it's crazy; keeps you glued to the screen...

Yes, the Jets game was a blast. I'm happy they are back into that series.

They've played well the whole series just up against a hot goalie. It easily could be 2-1 Jets in that series. I said it would go 7 and I stick to that.
Vegas looks great tonight. Wow Mark Stone just got his hat trick. What an acquisition for Knights. He, Stastny and Pacioretty are a formidable line.

If you were a Leaf who would you rather play? TB or Columbus? If TB wins 4 straight that would mean they turned it around and is doing something right.

Either team would be tough but Leafs may match up better vs TB. Both teams have solid goalies. A star defenseman although Hedman is injured and elite skill on offense. But that can be said of the Leafs as well. But Columbus also has big bruisers.

If you were Columbus or TB who would you rather play? Bos or Tor?

Yes, NYI did it. I guess the defenses speek louder than the offences in the play-offs hockey. Lehner was incredible. The penguins played hard but couldn't find the way to score. Unbelievable series.
