So you’re saying the judge did this to destract the public away from the Barr’s decision?
Did not say "distract". Just said two very similar cases where the evidence seem to contradict the final decision. :biggrin1:

That is very odd. I can't think of another felony case where a grand jury delivered 16 charges only for them to get dropped a month later.

And I am certain you are privy to all the evidence. LOL, you keep cracking us up!

A furious Mayor Emanuel calls SA Kim Foxx’s decision to drop charges against #JussieSmollett a “white wash of justice...and it’s just wrong. Full stop.” Adding it sends the clear message that for those who have political influence a different code of justice exists for them.

- Smollett has maintained he has told the truth since the start. The two brothers have admitted to the attack, so first obvious question that shows this was a hoax from the start, what happened to it being two white guys in 'MAGA' hats, who said this is MAGA country?
Will Smollett say he made a mistake, was it the two Nigerian Brothers, or are two white rednecks who pour bleach on Smollett still at large???

Worse than the fabrication element is being indicted for 16 felony counts by a grand jury, and having that mean nothing, just wiped clean.
The police and major have good reason to be rightfully pissed off with this.

This shows that color of skin means nothing ( which is a good thing ) but sadly how much money you have, and who you are connected to publicly (Obama/Harris/ etc) , is paramount in getting away with just about anything.
Colour of skin means nothing? REALLY? Just because someone has money and connections? How much did this guy have in that precious justice system over there?

Please let us know!

Oh, of course the police will be pissed. So pissed they are probably hoping they can Laquan him, and try to cover it up again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh those men of integrity!!!!!

Man I was shocked to read this today.

Can't wait to see how this is explained.

Conspiracy theorists are going to go wild here.

It was Michelle Obama calling in favours after publicly distancing her self from the debacle IMHO.

You are cracking yourself up, as both the cases seem to have the circumstantial evidence, but they went no where. Nothing to do with "Privy to all Evidence", as the details have not been revealed with regards to the two cases.

Only colour that matters anymore is green. I'm on the fence about this, but if O.J and Robert Blake decide to take a break from finding their wife's killers to join the hunt, I'm probably going to believe his innocence...……...

It's not over yet. The FBI is investigating who sent that poison pen letter.

There will be an FBI investigation into the DA's office conduct as well. Chicago has and probably always will be a hotbed of corruption.

Smollett did community service, gave up $10,000, lost his multi million dollar job, and after the police chief's news conference will forever be branded. He has paid a higher price than most convicted of similar crimes. When the case was dismissed, Smollett should have kept his mouth shut and moved on. Trashing the police etc will not help this problem go away. He may claiming his innocence thinking he will be in a better position to negotiate a settlement with his employer.

The police have long memories. Smollett better live the life of a saint from now on. Otherwise, they will get him just like they got O.J.

The smartest thing Smollett can do now is pay the $130,00 and fade into the woodwork.

BTW: From a distance that submarine sandwich looks like a gun.
