Break out the crying towels.

Globe and Mail columnist Gary Mason is the latest to chronicle the collapse of the Trudeau government's plan to "save the planet" through higher taxes.

https://www.theglobeandmail.com/opi...ronmental-agenda-is-on-the-verge-of-collapse/

There are a number of laugh-out-loud howlers in this column, but the funniest may be his praise for Climate Change Minister Catherine McKenna.

"No one has worked harder to bring about meaningful change on this file," says Mr. Mason.

Really??

I can't think of a single thing the minister has done to bring about "meaningful change." Her record seems to mostly be one of mindless virtue signalling and repeatedly spreading nose-stretchers like her lies about whether Canada will meet its pledged targets to reduce emissions.

The so-called "environmental agenda" can't collapse soon enough.

Catherine McKenna is a disaster as this country's Minister of Environment. I wonder what genius thought that a social justice lawyer was suitably qualified for this role? Someone about as bright as a 15W light bulb I reckon ;)

I thought you ran away after the last thread you were shamed in.
But here you are, back again with the same nonsense.
Actually, I went on vacation. My last contribution before I left was posting your "greatest hits" of incredibly stupid comments about global warming.

That said, the column in the Globe and Mail was written by Gary Mason, not me. He's only the latest in a string of national columnists to predict the impending demise of the carbon pricing idiocy.

(Yes, I know the concept of people being able to afford to go on vacation is a surprise to people who live in their parents' basements.)

Tell you what, pick any one of those 'greatest hits', and if I can prove your claim wrong will you admit that you're the one who is incredibly stupid?
Will to take a stand for any one of those 'claims'?

They're all fully sourced, my friend.

But since you insist, see my response to the challenge you posted to John Larue: https://terb.cc/vbulletin/showthrea...rbon-tax-lol&p=6094398&viewfull=1#post6094398

And since you've forgotten, here's where you admitted that you were wrong:

Yup, you are correct, I made two mistakes in one day.

He does but he does not blame it on the minister, but on the spin doctoring of all the info that clouds the issue. He also has good thing to say about what the minister has done or attempted to do. You have chosen to distort the content of the article shamelessly. Sure the country is divided and the debate is on. Its difficult to say what the outcome will eventually be . Lets not forget the position we are in today has been driven by democratic choices made by Canadians, so blaming the govt is ridiculous. The govt ran and won on an environmental agenda. Why are you shocked they are implementing one?

Giving up on your hit list already, eh?
This is incredibly delusional, even by your standards.

I provided the example you wanted, along with a followup quote from you confirming that what you posted was rubbish.

Every one of your "greatest hits" is supported by a link to the actual quote. I stand by every single word I posted.

What are you talking about? I was quite clear in my original post that Mason praised the minister.

There are a number of laugh-out-loud howlers in this column, but the funniest may be his praise for Climate Change Minister Catherine McKenna.

I personally find such praise hilarious, as I said in my original post. But I haven't distorted what Mason said.

Meanwhile, this whole Kinder Morgan crisis will certainly test Trudeau's commitment to the "environmental agenda."

The oh so terrible claim that I made two mistakes, admitted them and then corrected them is not on your sad list.

But I understand why you don't want to actually be challenged on your list, we've done that before, remember?

Gee ... an imaginary quote created by Frankfooter. I haven't expressed any concerns about anyone wanting to challenge the list.

Quite the opposite: Each one of the "greatest hits" is supported by a link to the original quote.

No one has to take my word for it. Each one can be independently verified by any person who wants to open the links.

Challenge away.

I did challenge you, and what happened?
You came up with some other allegation that I once made a mistake and admitted it, oh the shame.

In other words, you've already failed this one and abandoned your claims.

This is not to be unexpected, as you are the person who made a bet, stated that the numbers showed you lost the bet and then tried to bait and switch charts to claim you didn't win.
Remember?

We bet that the temperature anomaly would increase in 2015 to 0.83ºC
NASA reported:
- 2015 anomaly: 0.87ºC
And then you still tried to claim you didn't lose.

I addressed your bullshit claims about the bet in another thread -- complete with your public reaffirmation that you know you're lying.

As for the "once made a mistake" statement -- are you serious?

You mean to tell us you still stand by your statement that the CBC's reference to the "pre-industrial age" refers to the year 1990?

By the way, Frankfooter, since you claim to be such an honest and transparent person, explain to us again why your TERB user name changed from "Groggy" to "Frankfooter."
