A little more sympathy with KM, as she may have assumed that her story would have been told by the Enquirer and they may have been her only suitors. And the bandwagon is clearly there to be ridden, alongside Stormy D.
There is probably fine print on page 17 of the contract which states that the Enquirer may decide when, how and if to publish the story in its entire discretion. But KM may have been told this just referred to what edition the story was going to be released in or some crap like that.
Still, yes. She cut the deal, got the going rate and now is chucking her lawyer under the bus in order to get more $$$$$$!
