After Sandy Hook, the American public accepted that it was ok to shoot schoolchildren. Don’t expect any change of laws with Vegas or this school shooting, it barely moves the needle nowadays. Love him or hate him, Micheal Moore tried to warn people about this getting worse and Americans didn’t listen.
If I had children in a US school, I’d have pulled them out and moved elsewhere where reasonable gun laws exist.
The tragedy of mass shootings is becoming the same as a tornado: do the drill, hide under the desk and hope for the best. It’s now just a fact of life in the US that mass shootings are treated like any other natural disaster.
Bloody shame. Where are all the “good guys” with guns the NRA keep saying is the best method to stop these?
