I never said it shouldn't exist, that's just blatant lying from you.
It exists, though whether or not its a legit country with real borders, an apartheid state, or just a country illegally occupying another one is for the ICC to rule on.
Lets leave it to the experts.
Your entire line of argument including your current series of quotes pretending Israel doesn't exist is laughable.

As I said, you should read the peace deals. It clearly shows there is nothing illegal about Israel's occupation and clearly defines Israel's borders.

The question is whether or not its a 'legitimate' state, as you keep claiming, not whether or not it exists.
That's just you being a hasbara troll and resorting to incredibly pathetic straw man arguments.

Have you really sunk that low?

And why can't you tell us what the borders of Israel are?

I disagree. The border needs to be part of a negotiated solution. The wall is a temporary line that is effective at reducing terror attacks from the West Bank but is not a border.
The wall was ruled illegal by the ICJ.
It should be torn down.

Keep on claiming Israel is illegitimate. The UN disagrees with you.

How can you claim its a legit state and not be able to tell us where it is?
You and the Palestinians can continue pretending Israel doesn't exist if you want but it makes you look like an idiot.

Read the peace deals. It clearly deliniates borders as well as the expectation for a two state peace.

Ah, I never made the connection between your name and your favouring of straw man arguments.
Israel exists, but can you call it a legitimate country if you can't tell me where it is and where its borders are.

Read the statutes on apartheid.

Israel had decades for peace talks with Oslo, all they did was use it as a delaying tactic for more colonization.

Now that the 'no-state' solution is in effect, its time to do your moral duty and stand up and say 'no' to apartheid.

The fact that you are unwilling to understand the peace deals that define Israel's borders shows what kind of dishonest person you are.

I am still trying to understand what kind of sick excitement you get by denying Israel's existence.

Read the peace deals with Egypt and Jordan; the borders are clearly laid out in them.
I'm amazed that you are still using that straw man argument.
Israel exists, its just not a legitimate state if you can't tell me where its borders are.

Bring in the ICC to rule on the issue.
Go legit.

LOL. Are you suggesting that the borders of Israel are not well defined? Your attempts to rewrite history are amusing but that is all.

Perhaps you'd like to point me to a map that shows the borders of Israel.
Maybe you can succeed where basketcase fails.

LOL. You are to funny. You obviously have some idiotic theory or point you hope to float. I will leave it to you to find an atlas. But nice try.

Another one that can't tell anyone where the borders lie to Israel.
'Cuz you know if you point to all the land as Israel then you're supporting apartheid, and if you point to the 1967 borders or some variation they you're supporting an illegal occupation.

But that's what you bought.

Apartheid.

LOL. The 1967 armistice lines are not a border. Everyone including Israelis will agree that the settlements in the West Bank are not within Israel proper. All citizens of Israel have equal rights. These rights are extended to Israelis living in the settlements. Palestinians living outside of Israel proper are not subject to Israeli laws and do not have the rights of citizens any more than citizens of Afghanistan have the rights f American citizens. At some point the borders will be adjusted based upon mutually agreeable land swaps. I hope that day is soon so that the Palestinian people will be able to realize their legitimate hopes and aspirations for a sovereign state. That day will not come regrettably until Palestinian and Israeli leaders are prepared to make some hard choices and people like you and Hamas stop promoting the dream of one state.

Right, so there are no borders.

But more importantly you note that for those living under Israeli rule, military or otherwise, that Israelis living inside Palestinian land on the settlements get full rights while Palestinians have no rights while also living under military rule.

That very accurately describes apartheid.

You know on most topics you appear to be a thoughtful poster. On this and related topics however you are being intentionally disingenuous. I have said their are borders which are internationally recognized and beyond any legitimate dispute other than perhaps Hamas and you. Beyond the border there is an armistice line. I know that you appreciate the difference even if you don't agree.

LOL. I have described the rule of law and the benefits of citizenship applying to citizens of a country and not non-citizen/non-residents.
