Didn't any of you watch the video in the link? It's Tillerson dispelling this lie and other "petty" myths promulgated in Washington. He reaffirmed his commitment to and honour serving the president and the president's agenda.

It seems like he's sidestepping the question so-far. If this follows the same pattern of the WH exposing so-called fake news in the past, they'll circle the wagons, try to find the leak, if/when they can't, they'll deny deny deny, throw in a few "fake news" indictments for safe measure, then wait for the next Tweet or leak.

He denied that he was every considering resigning. When asked about calling Trump a moron, he skirted the question. Which means he did say it. One would think he would indeed deny such an accusation if it were untrue.
