Blue Jays tragic number for Division: 12
Blue Jays tragic number for W/Card: 18
It's academic. Their last chance to surge crashed 2 weeks ago when they went 3-7 and fell even further out of the race. They may as well bench any vets who are aching, audition rookies and play out the string as effortlessly as possible.

So you're saying there's a chance

--------------------------------------------------------------

Tepera with another hold. That guy along with a few others have solidified our bullpen.
Cant wait till next year!!

A chance?
Sure, but you can't get there from here.

question or unofficial poll....which team do you like better or hate less, Yankees or Red Sox? There are things I like about the Yankees .....I like that they don't mess around with multiple uniforms, I like that they are clean shaven (ok, I'm an oldtimer), I like the fans who do the roll call and how they rise for the Judge, I much prefer Girardi to Farrell as a man and as a manager, the Red Sox (like the Patriots) may be cheaters......Derek Jeter over David Ortiz...Yankee Stadium over Fenway

.194 not including tonight's marathon game.

Only the Padres have a worse overall team batting average than the Jays.

Jays catchers have hit a collective .179 with a .359 OPS this season.

Most depressing stat: Jays as a team hitting .223 with runners in scoring position.

Hate Yankees less cuz I hate Pedroia more.
Both great answers.

I also dislike Boston fans, especially the Sox's. A real sense of entitlement, even during the years of "the curse".

Here
I'm really liking this Hernandez kid. They did an excellent job of scouting him
Agree... and I know it is a small sample, but I am impressed by Rodriguez and by his number of consecutive innings without a run!

Are there any more hidden jewels in the farm system?
