A Secretary of State should not have had a unsecured server with classified information floating around, does anyone understand the severity of that alone? Obama is a POS and knew all along she had an UNsecured server and lied to his American citizens and the American people know he's a liar too. Now she can run for presidency? She can't even hold down her bedroom, never mind a country. No, I don't think so. She has shown, through her irresponsible actions that she was extremely careless. 4 American soldiers were killed under her watch even though she was given intelligence that the situation was dangerous. She had ample time to save them and didn't.Than to add insult to the injury, she tell everyone along with parents of those soldiers, that they died because of a video! Everything about her is horrible. She should have been charged from that point, but since she had Lynch and most likely Comey in her pocket, plus all the immunity deals that they didn't have to give, it was obvious to most of us, she was above the law at that moment. Congress and anyone following, knew this shit stunk up to the high heavens.

I wont even mention the Clinton Foundation right now. She made 250 annually, how is she a multi millionaire? through Haiti's money and every other charity they stole. Even Chelsea Clinton audited the foundation, even she new something was wrong! Haiti wants there money back!!!

The jig is up, she is a political corrupt criminal, who makes Nixon look like child's play compared to her.

Hyperbole much?

You are really hyperventilating here, no state secrets have been revealed in these emails.
Even if there are sensitive emails found in this latest batch, they will not have been insecure as they were only accessed through an FBI investigation into the Weiner dick.

CBC has a good article on how the general attitudes to email have changed, and really, they seem to be similar with Clinton.
The stuff from wikileaks is tame and not that big a deal, as CBC notes most people don't send really private info through email now, just like you have to be careful what goes up on facebook.

The FBI wouldnt even go anywhere near this unless it was something major (which I can guarantee you it is!!).
What I don't understand is why the FBI, the highest law agency in the U.S., is investigating Anthony Wiener's clothed dick pics? Shouldn't that be done by the NYPD?

They were investigating Weiner because he sent naked pics to an underage girl. So they found these emails completely by accident.

There's some really bad karma surrounding this man

He crossed state lines in his communication. That puts it squarely into the FBI's hands.

British newspapers are reporting that the FBI uncovered 1,000 e-mails which had not been turned over by HRC.

If Clinton had invited the FBI in to take whatever emails they wanted, this would be a dead issue. But she couldn't for some reason, and instead dragged out the investigation, had a team of lawyers review what would be handed over, destroyed emails and computers, staff demanded immunity from prosecution, other staff taking the 5th. She almost made it to election day, so close.

You're still quite a few steps behind.

I support Clinton over Trump because of Trump and his racist, neo-fascist policies. His continual lying, the way he cheats the system and screws over his investors and contractors, his sexual predator behaviour and his incredible lack of knowledge on even the most basic subjects. Clinton is a typical politician, yes, and as such has some shit behind her and some good behind her as well. Her social policies are reasonable and more progressive then present though her foreign policy is tired old neo-con type nonsense. But as such she's still way, way better then Trump, who lies his face of daily, can't remember his own policies let alone articulate any details about what he claims he's going to do and has a totally dangerous, grudge holding personality that makes him totally unfit to have his finger on the nukes that could destroy the planet.

The democratic system in the states is seriously fucked up, but putting Trump at the helm would only lead it onto the rocks that much sooner.
Clinton is not a good choice either, but she's a better choice then Trump.

In keeping on topic with Comey and the emails, I can't get over this video between Rudy Giuliani and Wolf Blitzer .

Wolf won't let Rudy speak, and keeps cutting him off. Blitzer also seems very confused despite having been obviously prepared with video clips ready to roll.
That was good. Wolfe seemed angry and thinks he knows more about law than Giuliani lol. This corruption has seeped into every corner in the highest of places like an odourless gas.

Look at this - Wolfe was going on about Headers?

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/state-department-releases-more-clinton-emails-several-marked-classified/
Clinton responds, "If they can't, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure."
It's unclear whether the talking points themselves contained classified information. Typically, talking points are used for unclassified purposes (e.g. speaking with the media). But in some cases, the material contained in such memos may still be sensitive -- especially if the report originates from intelligence agencies.
Think that's why there wasn't a header lol?

Dumb blonde question - If someone shows beyond a shadow Hillary certainly did send something sensitive unsecure and charges brought, can Obama simply Pardon her if it came to that? Just to ensure she took office.
Or would that cause a huge backlash supporting everything Trump said?
That isn't a stupid question at all Kathleen. However, you really ask three questions.

The Presidential power to pardon federal crimes; like the Royal power to pardon from which it stemmed is absolute. So yes like President Ford's pardon of former President Nixon the person pardoned doesn't even need to be convicted - the only limitation is that it must be a crime under the U.S. Code or the UCMJ (military law) - the President has no power to pardon state law crimes.

It is a grey area, but likely to be upheld by the courts that should HRC be elected she would have immunity from prosecution until she left office. Interestingly the only time this has ever arisen in the history of the U.S.A. was during the administration of her husband.

As to the third part of your question political backlash: Oh yes, in my judgement there would certainly be a huge political backlash, however, that backlash would be far less should Donald Trump or Garry Johnson or Evan McMullin become President than it would should HRC actually be elected. Particularly would this be true if President Obama delivered a Fordian pardon message, however, I'm not sure that he has the wisdom to do so.

If any general level intelligent person can make sense of this, and see the sleight of hand going on, its hardly surprising the FBI were pressured into re-opening this.
Something more had to have been seen, its a question now, how will it be dealt with.

The whole email thread is about not using enough security, not about fraud or corruption. The only question about the emails is whether Clinton was wrong to withhold what she says was personal emails. The reason that Clinton was hacked by Russians is that her campaign leader fell for a phishing attack, falling for a faked gmail request for a new password. That could have happened if she was on a state server as well, though I'm sure it would have been harder.

That would truly be stunning -- a president-elect being pardoned before she has even been sworn in.

You seeming completely fail to understand the concept of secure networks. If you are on the U.S. Government's secure network with an address such as secretaryKatstate.gov you are unable to send or receive e-mails from Cutegirlattorontoescorts.com you would, however, be able to send and receive e-mails from shiftcoloursatnavy.mil

There were no charges brought with regards to the email investigation. It was strange the Comey should then unleash a personal scathing attack on the "carelessness" of such use. The case was closed then and Weiner's investigation has disclosed certain allegations that have not been made public. This has impacted the campaign as it has occurred at a time that has broken a number of rules, including the timing especially as no official court injunction was executed with relation to those statements. Next week will be interesting in relation to this whole email saga in relation to Comey's disclosure timing.

If I or someone currently in U.S. Government or military service could be imprisoned for this what on earth makes HRC exempt from the law.

The only question about the emails is whether Clinton was wrong to withhold what she says was personal emails.
That is an important legal issue is it not. Could Commander Walsh or Colonel Engle get away with deciding off their own bats what they thought were personal as opposed to official e-mails, or (even presuming they were unmarried) could they get away with sending personal e-mails on their government e-mail accounts?

The reason that Clinton was hacked by Russians is that her campaign leader fell for a phishing attack, falling for a faked gmail request for a new password. That could have happened if she was on a state server.
Two completely different and unrelated issues. A state.gov account would have been on a secure network. That information has been found due to stupidity on the part of her Campaign Chairman, has no real connection to her failure to use a secure network.
