It's no wonder why the Dept of Justice and FBI are hemorrhaging. These revelations should make every man, woman, and child in the US sick to their stomachs.

EXCLUSIVE: Resignation letters piling up from disaffected FBI agents, his wife urging him to admit he was wrong: Why Director Comey jumped at the chance to reopen Hillary investigation
James Comey revived the investigation of Clinton's email server as he could no longer resist mounting pressure by mutinous agents, sources say
The atmosphere at the FBI has been toxic ever since Jim announced last July that he wouldn't recommend an indictment against Hillary
He told his wife that he was depressed by the stack of resignation letters piling up on his desk from disaffected agents
Comes was also worried that Republicans would accuse him of granting Hillary political favoritism after the presidential election
When new emails allegedly linked to Hillary's personal server turned up in Abedin and Anthony Weiner's computer, Comey jumped at the excuse

Any FBI agent who thinks it's their place to interfere in a Presidential election should indeed resign effective immediately.

Again:

Imagine that a candidate for the U.S. Senate was intoxicated and struck and killed a child with their car 10 days before the election would you expect that police would not arrest them, would you expect that the prosecutors office would not start the indictment process because doing so might affect the outcome of the election? (by the way one of the reasons why candidates not to mention Senators and Representatives never drive themselves during campaign season).

Doing ones job,...takes presidents over politics,...of coarse except for the Clintons.

Every time I hear that name,...I think of American TV evangelists,...makes me feel sick.

Any person who thinks an election of one politician should take precedence over the law of the land has no right to claim he loves democracy.

Especially when he called for the arrest of the other for supposedly inciting violence. And that went no where.

You will admit that the fact situation in your example is far more cut and dry than the mere possibility that there may perhaps be some overlooked incriminating emails in the new batch found on Weiners computer and possibly they may perhaps be traceable back to HRC?

So let me get this straight, fuji said Trump was guilty of sexual assault, even though Trump was never charged, nor is he subject of a police investigation.

But when Hillary is being investigated by the FBI, fuji suddenly changes his tune and says she must be premused inncocent until proven guilty

You are describing a situation where there are actual facts and allegations being made, with evidence, evidence that can be made public.

That's nothing like the fake and secretive investigations against Clinton that amount to insinuation and innuendo without allegations.

The FBI should be transparent about what it knows, or doesn't know, not fueling rumors days before the election in some kind of prove yourself innocent Spanish Inquisition.

The evidence against Trump was made public for voters to judge. In this case the FBI is concealing the evidence, if there is any, and making insinuations without any basis in fact.

And so far the only statement from the FBI was that Clinton was innocent.
At present they are looking at emails that may or may not be relevant or important, yet there are those here calling for her to be 'locked up'.

Same standards?

And the accusations and the evidence behind them are all fully out on the open for voters to assess.

Suppose instead there was a secret charge that Trump had committed sexual assault but nobody was allowed to know the details, preventing his campaign from giving their side of the story since no one actually knew what he was accused of.

Comey appears to have broken the law for having interfered in a federal election and could be charged criminally under the Hatch act.
