Before this law came out just go and look at the figures for the number of arrests that took place for these criminals. What exactly in this bill does makes it more easier to combat those crimes? We now know that 26 people were arrested out east for actually trying to purchase sex. So expect this number to rise steeply if Harper is back in office.
