The evidence is overwhelming that NASA,NOAA,NCDC are manipulating and adjusting data to suit their message. Remember last year they said 2014 was the hottest on record - explicitly stated on their websites. Yet they only had 38% probability that was indeed the case. They actually had to retract their statement. Impossible. July 2015 was the hottest. Glaciers have been retreating, snowy mountain tops diminished or disappearing, Arctic sea ice retreating, Antarctic land ice diminishing.

I can guarantee you that in the NOAA's more accurate measurement techniques resulted in a downgrade in temperature estimates they would have published that too. Some of them might be annoyed and look for reasons why but they would still publish it.
Weather is what is happening on a particular day. Climate is the long standing pattern. You can have a cold week while the climate is overall warming. NASA/GISS are continually adjusting past data records to make the current temperature seem warmer than it is. I've read the effect of this could be as great as 0.5C artificial warming of current temperature anomaly. The RSS/UAH satellite dataset shows the global anomaly being between 0.25 and 0.35C in the troposphere, the lowest layer of the atmosophere. NOAA claims that the global land and ocean temperature anomalies,...their words,...from 2000 thru 2015 was +0.12C/decade.

Maybe someday we will catch up to records previously set,... for rates of increase for a span of 15 years ,...but I guess we will just have to wait another 15 years.
