No, it's much more specific than that. Let me look for a picture that's more zoomed out.
That was a much better photo. I know that they probably existed, but I had never seen a tape counter with 4 digits which is why I thought it was one of those little hand counters.Correct!
In your support, I only see three digits. Although the original pic certainly had four counter wheels, it's impossible to say how many this different machine has.
Geeze an old crystal radio.. i had one similar.. clip it onto any metal think and listen to AM local radio... a precursor to the transistor radio, for me.
