I work Thursday nights so I guess I won't be attending if it always has to be a Thursday. I was at the SP Halloween party because it was a Wednesday night, in a bar/karaoke club on Yonge Steet and it was amazing. I think everybody had a great time--I sure did. Heck, I even had a date, my first one in over thirty years!

Yeah, I went to a party at a SC a year or two back.. tried to start chatting up a girl I thought was in the industry. She was not. Her boyfriend.. was not impressed. (Dude wasn't very smart.. as this was a well advertised party..)

Wonder why that policy...

I guess the clubs think solo women are either hookers trying to pick up horny guys as tricks or else shit-disturbing feminists who are out to create an incident and a disturbance and screw up the club's licensing.

I guess the other alternative would be that solo women are perceived to be WaG's trying to catch their guy red-handed - or red-dicked - and throw beer on him and the dancer.

Just say you are looking to possibly freelance and want to check out the club, operations, girls, etc. Show ID, promise to pay a 2 drink min. TRUST ME - they let you in!

Or

Wait until a guy is going in solo and ask to tag on his arm. That works all the time too. Just have to watch because sometimes the guy think you are hanging all night with him.

Also has Loco been contacted & agree to this. Ideal for them to reserve a section for the party and also cool with ladies coming. Strip joints don't typically have a stand around and mingle section so we likely need section for us all to sit at.
