Sure he was guilty, but his partner was an accessory and aided him and did not do or say anything to prevent this wrongful act. He is therefore equally guilty...except he is WHITE!!!!

I am not calling him a liar, I am calling him a racist. How do I sleep at night? Just fine, I know that even though I am not white, I look pretty white and have a white last name so I will be ok. But to be safe I avoid our joke of a so called "judicial system" at all costs. I actually believe all people are bigoted, including myself. It's how you act that makes you a racist.
So your suggestion is, that when one officer makes an arrest, the partner should dispute the question of whether or not there was reasonable and probable grounds on the spot?

They are trained to do that. It's called "good cop, bad cop", and they were doing that to try and get you to confess to your crimes.
several cops beat the hell out of a guy, only the brown guy goes down, (only G20 cop convicted in court so far). 2 cops arrest a guy and violate his rights only the Chinese partner is convicted under police act. yeah.. just a co-inky-dinky. No detailed reason why the Chinese guy was guilty while his partner was not......
