I loved a lot of the detective shows from the seventies. Rockford Files is my all time fab. show. I also loved Cannon, Barnaby Jones, Streets of San Francisco, Mannix, Ironsides, Hawaii Five O. plus several others.

Better watch it, some on this bb may think you're a cop or wannabe.

Trapper John M.D. and Diagnosis Murder were great hospital shows that I miss.
Don't need remakes, just some station to show reruns of shows like Happy Days, Laverne & Shirley and WKRP In Cincinnatti.

WKRP in Cincinnati
They did resurrect it several years later, with only Arthur Carlson, Les Nessman and Herb Tarlek carrying over from the original cast (although a few originals made guest appearances). Tawny Kitaen replaced Loni Anderson as the resident cleavage. It was OK, but not as good as the original.

I'm not so keen to see the great shows rebooted. They ran their course and (in many cases) made a graceful exit.

The only shows I'd be interested in seeing come back were the good series that got canned way too early.

A show I thought was canned way too early was "Michael Tuesday and Thursday" on CBC. Interesting that Seinfeld almost got cancelled after their first season. What a shame that would have been.
