This is obviously the worse incident, but there have also been a number of sexual assaults on the TTC over the last year or so.

Although one does wonder—assuming your interest was to have the guy caught—why you picked 'black' as your descriptor instead of 'tall' or 'guy on probation', or 'known to police'? Or just as a wild possibility the guy's actual name?

Not that I've ever understood the point of cluttering the Lounge with these current events posts, except to take the poster's prejudices for a walk. But as the pix certainly do speak louder than words, I too wonder why you thought of needlessly adding 'black' to the din. It does show in both, y'know.

Didn't take long to arrest the fuck head.

Now let's watch how in a years time the entire incident is forgotten and he's back on teh streets to re-offend.

You're joking, right? A year? I bet he will be out walking around in a couple of weeks. The only reason why it won't be THIS week is that he was already on probation.

Unless it's the offender holding the glock to the side of the head. Then we wouldn't have to pay for the Barrie guy's medical bills, his family would have to pay for the funeral.

And what exactly might my agenda be??? The truth is at the time I started the thread the offender had not been caught..so pointing out that the criminal was black was done more or less as a public safety announcement. The Star pointed it out...so did the police...and I did it as well..I see no harm there
