congratulations to the media. it has been repeated time and time again that the extensive 24 hour coverage of a mass shootings encourages other copy cat numbnuts to strike within a week.

America IS in distress due to GLOBALISM!

america is in distress but not because of guns
GLOBALISM is gutting the USA and causing extreme stress on many Americans.
You are watching America 'Implode' as the US reaps the bitter harvest of GLOBALISM which breeds these violent episodes taking place.....:(

Yes America IS in distress and Republicans are doing NOTHING to make things better!....

Ditz. Understand before you post. An upside down flag is generally recognized as a signal of distress and/or as a symbol of proteest. Either which of these, I think is reasonable, given the socio-political circumstances, currently.

The sad reality is that shootings go on every single day in the US. There's a reason they have tens of thousands of gun deaths every year. The recent school shooting may be an extreme example but it's just one of thousands.

I wonder how many of those shootings are of "good people defending themselves"? If not many, perhaps those victims should have purchased a few AK-47s to shoot the bad guys.

Didn't we feel safer by getting rid of nuclear arms many years ago ?
Why don't we do that for guns?

idiots (aka NRA) are talking about putting armed officers in every school... I say, how about putting an officer in every classroom. Like one or two armed offcers are actually going to stop kids from being killed by a psychopath.

The argument goes something like this:

Guns kill people. No, they don't. People kill people.

We all know the truth of the matter is that people with guns kill people.

We also know that people without guns find other ways to kill people too. But guns do make it easier. Of course, guns without bullets are useless, which is why I believe in Chris Rock's solution.

We need bullet control.

Guns kill people. period. Its too easy to obtain one in US making it waaay to dangerous around someone who snaps or loses their temper. I mean.... I don't have access to guns myself, but the thought of it scares me. I can be pretty temperamental and break things when I'm pissed off. xD heaven forbid there was a gun in my household ><
