Apart from the Red River, which flows north into Lake Winnipeg, how many other rivers are there that have their source in USA, and flow north over the border?
The answer is - none. Over the whole 5061 km of the land border, the Red River is only one that has its source in USA and flows north over the border.

You might have suggested the St John river - the SJR rises in Maine USA, and enters the sea in New Brunswick. However, the SJR flows south over the border to do that.

If tributaries are not disqualified, then there is the Roseau River, which rises near Roseau Minnesota and flows west then north into Manitoba and west again into the Red River. Was used as a fur trade before that route moved north to the Winnipeg River and was also used for logging.

A close call is the Souris River. Although it does flow north into Canada from the US, it does not source in the US. It rises near Weyburn Saskatchewan, flows south into the US, then turns east and north again before crossing into Manitoba.
