wait having a cleaning person doesn't mean you have a door man. You could own a condo and hire your own cleaning person.
I keep debating on whether the guy is just paranoid.
If they are following you it means they are parked outside likely near your car or where you leave with your car. Scan the area before you leave one day from a stairwell or windo and see if the same parked cars follow you.
But honestly I think all this advice is just going to make you more paranoid.

This happened to me. Thought someone was following me. Drove around in circles for a while. When I pulled into the police station, my tail new the jig was up and confessed.
Now that cell phones exist, call 911. Make a bunch of turns, so the PI doesn't know where you are going, and just show up at the police station. At a minimum, the police should caution the individual against stalking.

I anyone you don't know walks up and hands you something... get rid of it quickly..... even something as simple as a business card... it could be some kind of a GPS or RFID tracking device.
Pull your car into a public place with lots of people and security present, busy parking lot with cameras, and if he follows you there get out of your car and confront him. Take his picture, license plate, look on his dash for police computer or tracing device.

I'd say watch to much Hollywood, but hey. Most of the advise would only get the OP in more trouble than he is now.
I can give you an informed opinion that there is no such device that can fit into a business card that can track you via GPS or RFID.
yeah... if one has the brains to become a lawyer, one really don't need advice from a place like TERB... but again these days you'd have to wonder how some lawyers even became one
Actually, RFID cards do exist, for law enforcement and can even now be obtained for commercial use.

With a reasonable antenna and transceiver setup, these can be read from up to 200 meters away and the newer DASH7 units can be easily read at a distance of 1 kilometer.
Actually, amateur would be flashing a fake gun in your car. That'll get you arrested in no time.
