you are correct 5-0 at home 0-1 on the road. Winning beats the hell out of losing. And I agree, looks like there is a fair amount of depth. Again , lets see what happens when the season begins, at least we aren't dreading the season. I expect to see quality basketball and that will be a lot better than that crap we were subjected to last year.Sure a lot better but great majority have been home games. Not on Raptors Tv .. I guess all the other networks are too busy with NHL games, Oh yea there is a lockout . Oh yea World Series must be on ... Nope ... Maybe there is a huge curling bonspiel going on .is the game on TV tonight? I couldn't find it on the TV schedule. In fact the schedule I looked at didn't even have the home opener listed on television?

Raps finish 6 and 1 in the pre-season. At first I looked at the box score and thought somehow we won with the Grizzlies winning in all the major categories, BUT the forced a ton of turnovers....so it looks like the Toronto Defense racks up a win, even though from the score you wouldn't think there was any defense being played at any end.
6-1 is good so is the road win. Bargnani some decent offense in 18 min. but 1 rebound.
You have to look at the Memphis line up too. Gay and Gasol didn't play, however, the Raps are
learning to win and that is a good thing.
I really believe, barring injuries, the Raps will be very competitive this year and should grab a
playoff spot.

They are owned by MLSE(Bell / Rogers) with how many channels total and they cannot find one to televise opening night of Raptors regular season ?Not on Raptors Tv .. I am with you in regards to at least starting the season with a winning atmosphere . I like they also got a road win under their belt also . What does 6-1 mean ? I followed things on yahoo for the first 6 minutes or so. Bayless seemed on fire with his shooting to that point. The team was down by about 10 points after those first minutes, so I was left wondering what happened after that for the team, in particular Bargnani, to be able to turn things round so well.

Opps not Gay but it was Aaron Gray and opps again he started the year on the DL . Amir was starting at center with Jamual off the bench and yes Butler who I don't think is in the league was starting SF .R U sure about last years starters? Don't remember Gay, I do remember Rasual Butler.

Looks to me like all Raptor games will be televised this season. TSN and Sportsnet
