Anyone here gets solicitation calls from these assholes? They call my house every third day and no matter how many times I tell them to fuck off, they call again and again and again.

Yup. Best to engage them and get a number and company name and then complain the CTRC no call folks. That seems to work!!
I have been complaining so many times to no avail. These pricks operate their cal centre outside of the country and are immune to CRTC. Don't get me started about the CRTC, useless bags of shit at the CRTC.
I just tell them I have no Ducks but I do have 2000 Chickens that need cleaning before going for slaughter, that is normally enough to get rid of them.
I tried that, the sales pitch didn't miss a beat and switched to Windows and roofs, followed by my hanging up
Answer the phone, don't hang up. Just put the phone down and walk away. When it starts beeping, come back and hang it up.
I have been considering saying yes and booking an appointment and letting them come so that I can tell them to stop bugging me.
If enough people did that, I think they would see that it is costing them a lot of money to hire the telephone canvassers and that it leads to a lot of wasted time and expenses, too.
But it will only work if enough people do that.
And yet, they must be getting enough sales to continue the practice! Canvassers are not cheap!

I get dozens of them also! But from different companies, not the same ones. They drive me insane. I tell them to take me off their calling list but they continue to call me. I put my number on the National Do Not Call list but that doesn't work. Actually there was a doc on CBC last year about how these companies use the DNC list to solicit more customers! It's totally useless said the Consumer watch. I also reported a couple of them to the BBB which never got any response back from them.
All these companies use the Maharaja III auto dialer. It does not have a 'remove number' feature as it was considered unnecessary by the Bangalore company that made it. No matter how many times you ask to be removed, it is technically not possible for them to do so. Even if you do get their service you will still be receiving those calls.

If you do get a company to do your ducts make sure they usa a cralling brush with camera and not just compressed air and a vac.

I have used to use the ducks line too. They would get pretty wound up when i asked them if they could also clean my dog while they were here for the ducks.
I switched to the magic jack plus about a year ago and have not got one single unsolicited call since.
