nah I don't claim to be anything when I post. Just my opinion. However one thing I will claim is that I can deftly sniff out a liar. You reek buddy.

People on here who read my comments on multiple threads and know the law, know I am exactly what I say I am. What are your qualifications to spot a real lawyer online? Are you a proctor for the Bar exams? The bizarre part is that you don't even seem to post or have an interest in any of the threads where legal issues are discussed. Just having a shitty day are we?

If you have some mechanism to test your theory I am happy to hear it. Maybe you could come up with a creative way to bet money on it...give us some odds and a way to test your brilliance rather than just shooting your mouth off.

Of course being a lawyer adds no particular value in a sports forum, but you seem to think it is important.

RLD has never 'claimed' to be anything. His contributions in threads regarding the law have shown more than once he's got inside professional knowledge, unlike some of the TERB wannabes. There are perhaps another half dozen members who are also lawyers and they seldom bring him to task on his various interpretation or facts. At least he sites facts and not just opinions. Those who fall back on that explanation about 'all' of their posts being just opinions are quietly saying they can say anything they want, it's only my opinion. Pekkerhead does that very well and most on here ignore his posts.

If Lance Armstrong wants to exchange his seven Tour de France titles for seven Chicago Marathon titles, he won’t be able to do so.

That’s right, according to Chicago Marathon director Carey Pinkowski, sanctioning rules prevent Armstrong from running the Oct. 7 Bank of America Chicago Marathon.

The Bank of America Chicago Marathon adheres to USA Track & Field rules, which includes following the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) regulations, the testing agency of the marathon. USADA’s lifetime ban prohibits Lance Armstrong from entering races sanctioned by USA Track & Field, which applies to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, as well as all competitions governed by USA Track & Field.

The Bank of America Chicago Marathon has had no direct contact with Lance Armstrong, nor had he submitted a formal registration to participate in the race
