You're knot going to reel me in with that one! I'm nobody's spool!
Nokt cranky, told you I have mono, I think its time to bail out of this thread. Why you so cranky?
Your answer is still right, it probably wasn't a muskrat. However, muskrats are not strictly vegetarian. They are omnivores. Muskrats prefer plants and given a good food supply will maintain a vegetarian diet but they will and do eat meat if their preferred diet is in short supply.Muskrats are strictly vegetarian.
Agree with your answers re muskrats, however Otters love fish on a stringer.Your answer is still right, it probably wasn't a muskrat. However, muskrats are not strictly vegetarian. Sorry for the interruption. Please return to casting aspersions with rub.
Mustad for this much longer. You only wish you could. But you're hooked
More crank puns.SEE! I just had to bait the hook by trading barbs and I reeeeeeeeeeled you right back in!
Own a bunch of different rods and reels to switch up many varried lures on any given day. I love the choice and different options they provide. That said, if I had to pick only one lure to go out with it would be whatever colour and weight blue fox vibrax spinning lure I thought would work best that day. I have caught everything under the water with that lure using different cast and retrieve techniques.
If you want to eat fish, from a conservation point of view, eat the chubs!Today we went fishing the Saugeen, I'm usually a lake guy but was fun fishing the river. What we caught which I never seen before are these large chubs that had like horns on their foreheads. Very weird and very colorful. Caught some speckled nice size on spinners, but one of the locals said that they actually eat these chubs that were at least 10 inches long. Anyone tried these?
Didn't keep any although we were catching a lot.
Like this? What we caught which I never seen before are these large chubs that had like horns on their foreheads.
So if you were a chub rube which would you be....a minnow or an adult? The males only get those horns when they are spawning so they are adults. Juvenile chub are little minnows under 3"
Rub is a Crappie! So if you were a chub rube which would you be....a minnow or an adult?
Right now it's worth more to me as it belong to my dad, but I hear ya. I suspect though, since it was well used/loved like many of our toys, they won't be in pristine condition, not even close.Keep in mind Black..that there a lot of guys looking for old tackle (collectors) and you may have something worth good money.
