Dah They do not let dogs into Disney World or Universal Studios. Most good restaurants do not even allow them in. The hotels do not like dogs left in rooms and she would get lonely. The concierge at most good hotels arranges a baby sitter or day care.

Regular folks ask family members, friends to take care of their beloved family pet. Thus travelling/vacationing without the hassle. The ultra rich folks fly with class in their private jets taking along family pets/nannies/entourage/ etc... "Nouveau riche/trash" just likes to show off.
