i been thinking about a chiropractor recently, do they actually work ? i tried a legit massage therapist once and after 30 mins her hands were hurting and my legs had gone numb but the knots were still in my back lol.
get in a hot bath with lots of Epson salt. It will relax the muscles. If you cannot manage to get in a bath tub without a lot of pain, call an ambulance.
Simon, that is terrible. Men, women, even pets deserve some pampering. And if you are driving for extended periods of time your body will tense up. The muscles in your back will tend to tighten up and become more prone to spasms. It can be treated with drugs that have side effects. You can suffer through it for ages and prove you are tough. Or you can relax the muscles with moist heat. Grab a pretty girl and sit in a hot tub for a while if it feels less gay. A bath tub with salts is just about as good and more convenient.
