I see my Cowboys won big over the Rams. 34-7
I still have zero confidence in both Romo(QB) and Garrett(HC). I never get the feeling of good play calling from Garrett. He was far too conservative vs New England(Oct 16). One alone with a better HC/QB may be OK, but the two together looks like no playoffs. I would be happy to be wrong in this case. The saving grace may be the overall weakness of the NFC East this season.

As always I wonder how my Cowboys will do this week. With the Bills playing the NFC East I was hoping, but no. Disappointing.
This is of course NFL in Toronto week. Washington vs(at) Buffalo in the Dome. Go Bills. I have become a bit of a Bills fan. I do believe we, Toronto, will have a team to call our own in the not to distant future.

How will Detroit do against Tebow ? The Lions have hit a bit of rough road lately and this could be the season for them.
I do not see Indy getting their first win over Tennessee.
Nor do I see the Dolphins beating the Giants.
And New Orleans should keep the 0 for trifecta going for another week when they beat the Rams.
New England at Pittsburgh could be the game of the week. I will say the Steelers by four.
Dallas at Philly should be a good one. Dallas will want to keep pace with the Gmen and it is never a bad thing to knock off a division foe. A loss today would pretty much be the final nail in the 2011 Eagles coffin.

^^ I say Bills win this time in Toronto. They lost the last 3 and only games Skydome hosted since 2008. They had a great start this season and only lost by 3 in both of their losses on the road. Washington is a mediocre team and i say a good opponent for the Bills to bounce back from their loss last week. However, both teams have injuries and i'm not certain Bills cover the spread, -4.5. Eagles are 12-0 after bye-week since 1999 under coach any Reid and they are at home for the sunday night 'spot light' game, a division game too. Dolphins had their chance last week to beat Denver but gave up 15 points with 2:44 left in the 4th, resulting in an OT loss. Giants should win with ease. Pats win too, Pit only beat crappy to mediocre teams so far. good luck

Oh yeah, Montana, Lott,..even before Rice came on the scene. Glory days when players like Freddie Solomon, Keena ( not Tina) Turner, Don Griffin, Charles Haley, Tom Rathman etc. were winning on the scene. Those were the days! I like what Harbaugh has done, but this will be a true test on the road ( in the east time zone again) against the second best NFC team IMO. Still not sold on Alex Smith, prove me wrong.
OJ Simpson may be just before your time ? Montana came along as Simpson retired.
Montana, Mr Cool. I can still see him plain as day, running away from the Cowboys and completing that pass to Clark. Damn.
Did anyone hit as hard as Ronnir Lott ?
I remember hearing Rice answer when asked 'how do you run so fast after the catch ?' 'I'm scared'.

Oh man, did Tebow look bad. I felt sorry for him, and I'm a Lions fan!

How do you explain the Saints lost to the Rams????

Tim Tebow sucks & has no business playing QB in the NFL.

He should either play some other position (Tight End, maybe?) or move to Canada & play for the Argos.

The weekend that was.

Rivers fumbles(away the easy win), Chargers lose. With the win KC, San Diego and Oakland are tied at 4-3.

Put out an APB for the Cowboys. They apparently did not show up in Philly.

Bills final win in Toronto and fans show support.

Detroit back in win column in big way ! They may be for real.

Steelers show their iron, sink Pats.

Rams break goose egg. What the hell happened to New Orleans.
Now only two winless teams remain, Miami(0-7) and Indy(0-8).

The G-men get a scare from the Fish.

Vikings catch a break, get a win.

You've seen two starts and you make that determination? How you don't have a job with an NFL team is beyond me Doc. TE, that's a good one ;)

Tim Tebow is an overrated QB. Not only does he not have the accuracy to be an NFL QB but he also has happy feet, his pocket presence is horrible.
Regardless of what you have sorrounding you on your team no QB should go into the 4th quarter with less than 100 yds in passing which Tebow has done in the last two games. There was a reason prior to the beginning of the season Kyle Orton was named the starter and thats because Tebow does not have all the necessary skills to be successful yet.
Will he ever get the necessary skills who knows maybe with the right coaching yes, but he definitely needs to improve his pocket presence, his accuracy as well as his foot seeting in the pocket.
I for one was a Tebow fan coming out of college but there are too many people still giving him credit for what he did in college but not what he has done in the NFL.
There are way too many players that have great college careers but do not have good careers in the NFL and so far Tebow has not proved anything in the NFL yet and until he does people will question his skill level.

I knew that about him before I saw him make any starts. He will not be a successful starter in the NFL. He does not have the physical or mental tools to do so.

Mental tools I agree. As for Physical tools, other than his throwing motion he's about as physical a specimen as anyone in the league. Speed, strength and toughness. However when you look at some of the great Qb's its more mental than anything. Joe Montana, Tom Brady, Dan Marino.

There is a guy I listen to on NFL radio named Greg Cosell. He works at ESPN and most of his time is spent just breaking down film on QB's. He over time will watch and chart every snap taken by a QB in the NFL. He has been talking about TT for years and says of the ten categories that one can rate a quarterback on film for, Tebow has none at an NFL level. And it seems he is right.

He also doesn't have all the physical tools either. He is a good athlete but his accuracy and pocket presence is just horrible.
The great QB's that you mention Joe Montana, Tom Brady, Dan Marino they had unbelievable accuracy as well as great pocket presence they also understand and can read defenses in a way that other QB's can't. Tim Tebow is nowhere near NFL ready physically or mentally.

Yet there are many NFL types who like him, but the TERB critics somehow know better ? How does that happen ?
How did come to this, that you guys are here and those NFL 'know nothings' are making good money in the NFL ?

Hey these TERBites may be correct, all I am saying is after only two games I will reserve judgement until he has played(started) the better part of 10 / 12 games.

That said ... this is only TERB afterall.

He played in 6 games last season and started 3 of them.
I personally liked Tebow coming out of college and was hoping he would be a good QB in the NFL but he hasn't improved on his skills much since coming out of college. All successfull QB's in the NFL have to have great accuracy and Tebows accuracy is just horrible and has always been horrible even in college.
The reason why preseason Kyle Orton was named the starting QB was because Tebow had not improved on his accuracy or pocket presence prior to the season.
I also believe that a lot of NFL critics give him too much credit which is undeserved.
Jamie Dukes of the NFL network had declared him one of the best leaders in the NFL at least top 5 before the season had even started. There are a lot of QB's in the NFL as well as a lot of great defensive players right now that are better leaders than Tim Tebow is. Whether Tebow is a good leader or not he is definitely not top 5 leaders in the NFL right now not even top 20. A lot of people still are giving Tim Tebow credit for what he achieved in college and not by what he hasn't done in the NFL so far, his college career is over and he needs to move on and learn and improve his skill level in the NFL if he ever wants to be successful in the NFL.

The only reason he's starting is the local fan base put pressure on the team to start him and the team capitulated. Terbites aren't the only ones who think he's not an NFL quality QB. His own HC and GM/President don't think he should be the starter. I doubt he's given 10 games to start this season based on the "lukewarm" support Fox has given him. It was reported that he was 3rd on the depth chart(behind Brady Quinn)coming out of training camp because he was that bad.

Not only terbites but a whole lot of NFL analysts don't think he's an NFL quarterback
