I have heard lots of people say BS like this. Turns out what is usually going on is the guy has a chip on his shoulder and he is just WAITING, WAITING, WAITING for someone to give him a little tiny eenie meenie bit of attitude so he can hop up and down and yell "RACIST" and demand his rights.
